You have 7 days from the date of receiving your WoBottle to initiate a return. We request that the item be returned in its original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition that you received them. This means unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Please allow a standard processing time as per your bank's policies.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your WoBottle for a different size or color, we're here to help. Please note that postage and delivery charges will apply for exchanged items.
